Every market move has structure behind it. MDE measures that structure at four scales — where the cycle is, what regime sits inside it, how pressure is resolving into price today, and how far a move can extend — then states which trades those conditions permit, and what would invalidate them.
Every reading is point-in-time: it uses only the data that existed on its own date, never today's revised numbers.
years
CYCLE
Where the economy sits in its cycle — growth and inflation momentum, measured as rates of change rather than levels.
months
REGIME
The liquidity conditions inside that cycle — whether dollar liquidity is being added or drained, and how it stands against the size of the economy.
days
RESOLUTION
How pressure is resolving into price right now — whether a move is fresh positioning, or someone closing out.
any
FRAGILITY
How far a move can extend if it comes, independent of which way it goes.

SETUP
What those four conditions permit, what would confirm it, and what would invalidate it. Conditions, never a call.
Plans
One plan, three lengths. It covers all five paid products — LDA Lobbying,
Fuel Fragility, Federal Contracts, Market Decision Engine — CYCLE and
MDE — REGIME — at one rate, on either rail.
Market Decision Engine — CYCLE. Where the economy
sits in its cycle, point-in-time: every reading uses only the data
that existed on its own date.
MDE — REGIME. Is liquidity being added or
drained, and is it abundant or scarce? US net liquidity by
direction and by level relative to the economy, with the driving
component shown and a separate global liquidity panel. Context,
not a trading signal.
LDA Lobbying. Senate lobbying filings, with our
own map from tickers to the clients and registrants that filed.
Federal Contracts. Federal contract awards and
their modifications, including what the source quietly revised and
when.
Fuel Fragility. Retail fuel prices and the
fragility components computed from them, shown rather than hidden.
Free with any account
Capitol Trades. Congressional equity disclosures
filed under the STOCK Act.
Crypto GEX. Options gamma positioning.
Positioning. Futures open interest and funding.
Free products need an account, not a subscription. They stay free.
The three tiers still in development
RESOLUTION, FRAGILITY and SETUP are not built yet. They
arrive as described in the terms — included at no
extra cost for the term already paid, when they ship. Nothing here
charges for them in advance, and nothing promises a date.
How you can pay
Card
Processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s own
page and never reach this site.
Auto-renew. Charged each period until you turn it
off. On the monthly plan that starts with 7 days free, if you have
not had a trial before.
One-time. Turn auto-renew off at checkout and buy
a single block of access that does not recur.
Crypto
USDC or USDT on Solana, sent from your own wallet.
We never hold your keys.
You need a little SOL in the same wallet for the network fee.
Nothing renews — a crypto term simply ends on its date, and
paying again adds to what you have rather than
replacing it.
Arbitrum and Base: coming soon.
Changed your mind? Full refund within 30 days of payment;
after that, pro-rata for unused whole months. Crypto refunds are the US
dollar value you paid, returned to the wallet it came from.

Nothing here is for sale yet. There are no endpoints and
no API keys; these tiers are a design, and the waitlist is how we find
out which of them is worth building. Prices may change before launch, and
the Professional figure is a range because it has not been set.
Redistribution of some underlying data needs licences we do not hold, so
a dataset you ask for may arrive later than the others — or not at all,
in which case we will tell you that rather than quietly leave it out.
